Software Consultant – Technical Services
The Software Consultant – Technical Services provides excellent support and service for TSS customers while maintaining a positive attitude, polite demeanor, and a high level of responsiveness. This position is located in our Annapolis, Maryland headquarters.
Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Analyze and diagnose technical issues relating to TSS solutions
- Provide guidance on the use of TSS solutions
- Offer resolutions to technical issues by telephone, e-mail, and Web chat portal
- Document resolutions in applicable Customer Relationship Management tools
- Facilitate Professional Services through the placement and tracking of orders
- Assist development efforts by testing of release candidate versions of TSS solutions
- Effective escalation of issues to other team members when necessary
- Perform other duties or tasks to assist the department or organization as the Supervisor may deem necessary
- Experience administering Microsoft SQL databases, Windows based operating systems, and computer networks
- Experience working in a help desk or call center environment
- Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management tools preferred

The individual in this position is responsible for a range of sales-related activities, from lead generation through completion and after-sale relationship management. It also involves participation in, and implementation of, specific short- and long-range marketing strategies designed to gain and retain customers. Must have title and settlement industry experience. Frequent travel required.

TSS is looking for an individual with three or more years of TitleExpress experience to provide professional services to our growing customer base. The individual in this position is responsible for a range of TSS provided professional services including escrow account reconciliation, user training and account management. This position reports to the Annapolis, Maryland office.

- Participating in online training programs and Webinars
