Software Consultant - Technical Support
The Technical Support Software Consultant provides excellent support and service for TSS customers while maintaining a positive attitude, polite demeanor, and a high level of responsiveness.
Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Analyze and diagnose technical issues relating to TSS solutions
- Provide guidance on the use of TSS solutions
- Offer solutions to technical issues by telephone, e-mail, and Web chat portal
- Document resolutions in applicable Customer Relationship Management tools
- Facilitate Professional Services through the placement and tracking of orders
- Assist development efforts by testing of release candidate versions of TSS solutions
- Effective escalation of issues to other team members when necessary
- Perform other duties or tasks to assist the department or organization as the Supervisor may deem necessary
- Experience administering Microsoft SQL databases, Windows based operating systems, and computer networks
- Experience working in a help desk or call center environment
- Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management tools preferred
- Effective verbal and written communications with customers and co-workers
- Ability to prioritize workload efficiently and with accuracy
- Excellent customer service abilities and friendly phone/e-mail manner
- Experience using or administering TitleExpress and other TSS solutions a plus

The individual in this position is responsible for a range of sales-related activities, from lead generation through completion and after-sale relationship management. It also involves participation in, and implementation of, specific short- and long-range marketing strategies designed to gain and retain customers.

- Ongoing development and maintenance of a CRM system database of qualified leads and customer retention information
