SMS TitleExpress™ State Tables for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are available. The tables now reflect the following changes current through June 13, 2017.

• Revised Excise Tax for Barnstable County effective 7/1/2016
• New tables for Plymouth County to include handling charges for Registered land, Unregistered land and E-filing.

Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables.
