What is Support Chat?
Support Chat is a new channel of communication with TSS Technical Support. After initiating a chat session with a TSS Techncial Support Consultant, the consultant (with your permission), can view or control your desktop to provide technical support.
How do I start using Support Chat?
Go to www.iwantTSS.com. Enter your e-mail address and password to login. On the TSS Online Support Center page, click Remote Support. On the Remote Access page, read and accept the Remote Access Support Services Agreement. Click the link to start a chat session. Enter a brief description of your request and then click OK. You will be directed to download and run the chat program.
When can I use Support Chat?
Support Chat is available between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Is there an additional cost for Support Chat?
Support Chat is included as a part of your TSS Software Service Subscription.
