Customers who use third parties for effecting lien releases will be interested in the updated payoff remittance letter in our General forms package. An option has been added for including text that will instruct the payoff lender to send release documents to a different office. Other options have also be included, like, whether to have the letter dated with the current date (when merged) or pre-dated with the date of disbursement (so it can be prepared ahead of time and ready to go right after closing).  Interested?
