The Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania (TIRBOP) has adopted new forms that become effective October 1, 2008. As individual underwriters incorporate the changes into their forms and authorize us to release updated master forms, we will post the updated forms packages and release a broadcast notification that they are available.

The changes include revisions to the ALTA Homeowner’s Policy, ALTA Expanded Coverage Residential Loan Policy, ALTA Short Form Expanded Coverage Residential Loan Policy, and ALTA Short Form Residential Loan Policy, along with eleven new or updated endorsement forms.

These updated master forms are being offered at no cost to TSS customers who have purchased them previously and who hold a current TitleExpress Software Service Subscription.
