The TitleExpress master Pennsylvania's Realty Transfer Tax form as been updated to replicate the State's 7-08 version. The Philadelphia Real Estate Transfer Tax Certification has been updated to increase the common level ratio to 3.55. (To do this yourself, in your existing form, see "Changing Defaults" explained below.) Both of these Pennsylvania forms have been enhanced to merge faster and to make selections easier.

CHANGING DEFAULTS: If you're always changing the selections in the dialog box that appears when one of these forms is merged, consider changing the default selection by opening the master form and clicking the Red Diamond to "Set defaults for this form." In Word 2007, that will be on the Add-Ins ribbon. In earlier versions of Word, it will be on a floating toolbar.
