Upcoming Changes to New Jersey Underwriter Rates eff. 3/1/2009

We have received notification of the New Jersey Land Title Insurance Rating Bureau’s plan to restructure the basic and reissue rates into a single standard rate effective March 1, 2009. The new rate is lower than the current basic rate but higher than the current reissue rate. We are currently modifying the TitleExpress underwriter rate tables. When the rates are completed, TitleExpress System Managers will receive a broadcast announcing the new tables on or about February 20, 2009.
