Pennsylvania Transfer Tax - NEW Common Level Ratios eff 7-1-09

New common level ratios become effective tomorrow in Pennsylvania. TitleExpress master forms for the State and Philadelphia transfer tax forms have been updated and are available for purchase in our online store. HOWEVER, if you have a current version of these forms, you can edit the ratios in your existing forms, as explained in italics below.

260 PA Transfer Tax (State)
To modify the ratios in your existing form, open the master form and then click the blue diamond on the floating toolbar (in Word 2007, on the Add-Ins ribbon).

260 PA Transfer Tax (Phila)
To modify the ratio in your existing form, open the master form and then click the red diamond on the floating toolbar (in Word 2007, on the Add-Ins ribbon).
