Use 240 OH Deed () {0709} for general warranty, limited warranty or quitclaim conveyances and for individual, corporate, partnership or other entity grantors.

Use 240 OH DEED (Representative) {0709} when the grantor is an executor, administrator, guardian, trustee or other representative of an estate or trust.
