Update to Truth in Lending Act

There are some changes to the Truth in Lending Act that become effective August 1st. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has notified many of our customers about these changes and it has caused some confusion. Many customers are concerned that this is the new HUD-1 going into effect. In fact, it's not. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has information on their Web site about the new changes to the Truth in Lending Act at https://www.wellsfargo.com/mortgage/resources.
