Closing Service Letter for Pennsylvania * New as of 9/14/09 *

A new closing service letter becomes effective in Pennsylvania on Monday, September 14, 2009. TitleExpress master form packages for underwriters who permit the letter to be generated using TitleExpress software have been updated to include the new letter. Updated packages may be downloaded from our Software Updates, Master Forms page. If a package you use does not include the letter and you are unsure as to how to obtain closing service protection, please contact your underwriter representative. If your representative would like us to provide a TitleExpress-integrated version of their form, please have them contact TSS Technical Support at 443-321-5600 or write to Support@iwantTSS.com.
