The TitleExpress state tables for Kent County, Delaware are updated to reflect the following changes that become effective October 1, 2009:

• Modifies the Deed recording fee ($46.00 for the 1st page and $10.00 for each additional page).
• Modifies the Mortgage recording fee ($41.00 for the 1st page and $10.00 for each additional page).
• Modifies the Release recording fee ($51.00 for the 1st page and $10.00 for each additional page).
