The TitleExpress state tables for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania are updated to reflect the following changes that became effective September 1, 2009:

• Modified the document recordation fees (Deed $51.50, Mortgage $51.50, and Release $40.50).
• Added a North Wales Borough table to accommodate the $10.00 registration fee.
• Added a Norristown Borough table to accommodate the $10.00 registration fee.
• Added a Royersford Borough table to accommodate the $10.00 registration fee.
