The HUD-1 Concepts and Processes course is being held in the TSS Training Center in Annapolis, MD.

This course is for individuals who want to learn about the 2010 HUD-1 Settlement Statement form. Participants will learn the concepts and processes related to preparation of the 2010 HUD-1 form. They will gather information from sample contracts, loan instructions, and the Good Faith Estimate for preparing the 2010 HUD-1 form. Participants will also discuss and solve problems that may arise during a settlement transaction.

Five continuing education credits for MD (Course # C03432), PA (Course # 114927), and VA (Course # 202540) are available to students who successfully complete the course. No exam is necessary.
