Here are the most commonly used keyboard shortcuts for working with the TitleExpress Document Preparation System (DPS). If you don't see your own personal favorite, please post a comment and share.
Tip. Use a thumb for ALT and a pinkie for CTRL. For CTRL+SHIFT, use the pinkie and ring finger on the same hand.
DPS 1. Merge a document ALT+M *
2. Merge Set ALT+S *
3. Title Documents ALT+D, type a number, ENTER
4. Go to @ symbol ALT+A
5. Number for clause ALT+N
Word 6. Go to next page CTRL+G, ENTER (unless settings have been changed)
7. Prompt response press TAB until OK button is selected, then ENTER
8. Close document CTRL+W
TitleExpress
9. Go to DPS ALT+D
10. Close ALT+F4
* To select a form or merge set after the dialog is displayed, use SHIFT+TAB (twice with Vista) to access the list; TYPE the file name or number (or use cursor keys) to select it; press ENTER to open.
