Washington County, Maryland approved a temporary exemption for the borrower’s portion of the State Recordation Tax, which is effective October 21, 2009 through January 31, 2010.

The TitleExpress state tables for Maryland will not be updated because this exemption is temporary. However, you may manually override the TitleExpress calculations during this time period. Click here for instructions.
