Clarifying the RESPA FAQs

Question 12 in the Section 4 and 5 – Right to cure and tolerance violations section of the RESPA FAQs 

We have confirmed with HUD that when you enter a credit to cure a tolerance on Page 1 of the HUD-1 you are not required to reflect the tolerance cure on Page 3 of the HUD-1.
