The TitleExpress state tables for New Jersey are updated to reflect the following changes:

• Adds the $3.00 Homeless Surcharge for the following counties: Bergen (Eff 2/1/10), Hudson (Eff 3/1/10), Mercer (Eff 7/1/10), Middlesex (Eff 1/1/10), Passaic (Eff 1/1/10), Somerset (Eff 6/1/10), and Union (Eff 5/1/10).
• Reduces the Release Recordation fee for all counties so the actual amount is charged.
