Pennsylvania Transfer Tax – NEW Common Level Ratio for Philadelphia

The Common Level Ratio factor for Philadelphia is currently 3.13. You can update your existing TitleExpress master forms if they represent the current transfer tax form for Philadelphia (rev 6/93) and the State (rev 04/10). Instructions entitled “How to Edit Common Level Ratios” can be found in the TSS Online Support Center under Documentation. Briefly the steps are: 1. Open master form, 2. Click appropriate Red or Blue Diamond (in Word 2003 on floating toolbar; in Word 2007 on AddIns tab), 3. Make change, Save, Close. The TitleExpress master forms will be updated and posted in the online store later today, available at a cost of $25 each.
