TitleExpress state tables for North Carolina, have been updated to reflect the following changes that become effective October 1, 2011:

• Updates the Deed recordation fee to $26.00 for the first 15 pages and $4.00 for each page thereafter.
• Updates the Mortgage/Deed of Trust recordation fee to $56.00 for the first 15 pages and $4.00 for each page thereafter.
• Updates the Release recordation fee to $26.00 for the first 15 pages and $4.00 for each page thereafter.
