Underwriters now have to include the property type in their remittance reports according to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. We are aware of this change and are adding a Property Type drop-down list to the Legal section of the Property, General tab. This change will be included in TitleExpress 6.15.3, which is scheduled for release on 1/4/12.

At this time, we have received reporting specifications from the following underwriters:

• Fidelity National Title Insurance Company (remittance reports being updated: Fidelity National Title Insurance Co., Fidelity National Title Insurance Co - NJ, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Ticor Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Co)
• Old Republic Title Insurance Company (remittance reports being updated: Old Republic National Title Insurance Co.)
• First American Title Insurance Company (remittance reports being updated: First American Title Insurance Company, Old First American Title Insurance Co. Multi Agent – PA, Old First American Title Insurance Co. - PA, and First American Ohio Report)

If your underwriter/remittance report is not listed, please have your underwriter send an e-mail message to support@iwantTSS.com with specifications for their remittance report.
