Maryland Forms Update Notification

The following TitleExpress master forms have been updated in the Maryland forms package:

260 MD Withholding Exemption Cert
Updated to conform with the State’s form for 2012.

180 MD Lien Certificate (Harford Co)
Updated to conform with the County’s current form.

The cost for each master form is $25.
