TitleExpress underwriter tables for members of the North Carolina Title Insurance Rating Bureau in North Carolina have been updated to reflect the following changes that became effective March 1, 2012:

• Adds the new $25.00 Simultaneous Issue Premium charge.
• Adds the new $15.00 Premium for the issuance of a Commitment.
• Adds the new $20.00 Endorsement Premium for each of the following ALTA Endorsements: ALTA 5, ALTA 8.1, and ALTA 9.
