Pennsylvania Notification

SMS TitleExpress™ State Tables for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are available.The tables now reflect the following changes current through August 2, 2017.

  • Increased recording fees in Fayette and Venango Counties

Customers with a current SMS Customer Support Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables.

To perform this update yourself, you may follow the steps in the TitleExpress State Tables Guide.
