In response to customer inquiries, we would like to provide additional clarification on the State of Pennsylvania forms notification sent March 22, 2018. To clarify, the state has revised the verbiage on the Notary Acknowledgements which became effective 10/17/2017, not the content of the Deeds themselves. Our forms have been updated to reflect this new Notary language provided by the state.
