TitleExpress State Tables for the State of Pennsylvania are available. The tables now reflect the following changes current through June 29, 2018:

• Crawford County, new UPI fee of $20 added to Deed and Mortgage recording fee
• Montgomery County, Township of Norristown updated Deed registration fee
• City of Philadelphia increased Realty transfer fee 

Updated state tables are available for clients with a current support subscription for an additional $50.00 for each set of tables.
