Action Required for FedEx and UPS Integrations Users

 

To better safeguard your user experience, new credential requirements are required for FedEx® and UPS® integrations. Existing access keys will no longer be supported and must be replaced with new OAuth credentials.

 

FedEx: Effective May 15, 2024  |  UPS: Effective June 3, 2024

 

All shipping integration users must complete the following steps by the effective dates for continued service without interruption.

 

STEP 1:  Obtain OAuth credentials from your shipping provider, consisting of a Client ID code and Client Secret code. Download the following guides for step-by-step instructions.

STEP 2:  Upgrade to TitleExpress v9.15 or later. Schedule an appointment with one of our technicians. To expedite your appointment, please ensure that Step 1 has been completed before your upgrade appointment. If you prefer to do your own upgrades, installation files are available for download.
