TitleExpress Underwriter Tables for Virginia have been updated to reflect the charge for a Closing Protection Letter (CPL) as a premium charge pursuant to Virginia Bureau of Insurance Administrative Letter 2017-04 which advises that all title charges quoted subsequent to April 15, 2018 will be required to show the Closing Protection Letter fee as a premium charge.

With the new updated VA tables, the CPL charge in TitleExpress will still show on the Closing Disclosure on its own line as a separate charge but the description will now be CPL Premium.

Updated underwriter tables are available for clients with a current support subscription for an additional $50.00 for each set of tables.
