New Jersey Land Title Insurance Rating Bureau Notification

SMS TitleExpress™ Underwriter Tables for members of the New Jersey Land Title Insurance Rating Bureau have been updated to reflect the following rate manual changes effective May 23, 2017 and August 1, 2017:

  • New Rate Table for Residential Limited Coverage Mortgage Modification Policy (Effective 5/23/2017)
  • Additional tables with endorsements for Commercial and Residential Properties
Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. To order, download and complete the order form.
 
To perform this update yourself, you may follow the steps in the TitleExpress Underwriters Tables Guide.
