Improvements & Revisions

Security

• Updated FedEx and UPS Tracking links within the Request Queue to use HTTPS secure URLs.
• Updated TitleExpress and its installer to use .NET Framework 4.7.2.
• Updated the TitleExpress database and client installers to check for .NET Framework version 4.7.2. If the correct version is not detected, the installer will initiate the .NET Framework install.

NOTE: Please set aside additional installation time for each workstation if .NET Framework 4.7.2 is not installed prior to your TitleExpress upgrade.

Compliance

• Updated TitleExpress so that the Kentucky Premium Tax will flow to the Misc./CPL tab, instead of the Tax Table Values screen for files containing the statement type of Closing Disclosure. This allows for the Premium Tax to be placed in section B, C, or H.

Compatibility Certification

• Certified TitleExpress compatible with Windows Server 2016 Standard and Datacenter editions.
• Certified TitleExpress compatible with Microsoft SQL Server 2017.
• Certified TitleExpress DPS compatible with Office 365 ProPlus, which includes the desktop version of Microsoft Word 2016.

First American Title Insurance Company – AgentNet Integrations

• Updated the Jacket, CPL, Rates and Back Title Integrations to use AgentNet 2.0.
• Enabled reset of user’s Firm data during an Underwriter Refresh, allowing for updated data to flow into the TitleExpress integration.
• Made changes to decrease the likelihood of the policy wizard being hidden behind the TitleExpress main module and/or out of focus. If the wizard opens out of focus, it will blink on the taskbar.

First American Rates

• Updated TitleExpress so that default answers returned from the First American Comprehensive Calculator will appear selected in the TitleExpress Rates Wizard.
• Eliminated the need for Re-calculation when the product ordered matches the original pricing obtained in the TitleExpress order.
• Added the ability to specify an owner’s and/or lender’s coverage amount which differs from the sales price and/or loan amount.
• Enabled the simultaneous selection of endorsements, eliminating multiple requests to AgentNet for additional endorsement questions.
• Eliminated the Object Reference Error that occurred when a Missouri CPL was issued for a property in the state of Ohio.
• Made changes which prevent the cancellation of final pricing requests to avoid mis-matches between a TitleExpress order and AgentNet order.

First American Jacket/CPL

• Removed the question, “Do you want to display the agent’s address on the policy
  jacket?" during the issuance of Jackets. The response will be defaulted to Yes.
• Implemented logic to ensure that document dates merge to Short Form policy jackets created using the integration from the data entered on the Policy>Data tab.
• Updated TitleExpress so that the Premium is sent with the request when creating Jackets in the State of Texas where a policy premium is required for issuance.
• Eliminated questions regarding endorsement inclusion for Short Form policies unless required by AgentNet.
• Corrected the error message which appeared when a loan number was missing during loan policy issuance.
• Implemented functionality to use the property address for the borrower on the CPL if the borrower address is not provided.

Fidelity AgentTrax Integration

• Enabled dynamic adjustments for the Jacket Name column so that it will be sized based on the longest jacket name in the list for improved visibility and ease of selection.
• Updated integration so that information entered in the Parties>General>Status field will  display on the CPL.
• Enabled the auto-population of TitleExpress order data to additional question responses which are presented during the generation of a short form loan policy
• Appended CPL and Jacket names with a date/time stamp to prevent updates not being written to the document because the existing jacket or CPL is open.
• Addressed failure of county name validation during jacket issuance for East Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
• Addressed issue which prevented address line 2 of the property address and the issuing agent or approved attorney address from appearing correctly on the CPL.
• Prevented additional fees from being sent on both policies issued in a simultaneous transaction by limiting their availability. Selection is only available for one of the issued polices.
• Corrected navigation so that if the back button is pushed on the Policy Jacket Type selection screen, the previous screen appears.
• Updated integration to display approved Attorneys based on the state and underwriter of the selected agent ID.

Closing Disclosure

• Modified so that additional deposits will no longer be created for charge lines in Section B/C or E on the Closing Disclosure which have been identified as PBO, Lender. The amount will be included in the lender deposit.
• Restored functionality which allows for the policy premium charge to be defaulted to the Seller paid at closing column on the Closing Disclosure.

Additional Improvements & Revisions

• Improved the formatting of the ALTA Settlement Statement header.
• Added the ability to hide inactive vendors to the RealExpress tab in system management.
• Update the Congestion Relief Fee name to the Regional WMATA Capital Fee in the State of Virginia stamps tables.
• Optimized performance on the parties tab to prevent loss of party names.
• Updated party names of type ‘LLC’ so that they will no longer be parsed into First, Middle, Last fields in addition to the Full Name field when data flows to the DPS.
• Enabled unique timestamps to be stored for each invoice so that all invoices are visible in the receivables module for payment application.
