District of Columbia Notification

TitleExpress Underwriter Tables for Westcor Land Title Insurance Company (District of Columbia) have been updated to reflect the following changes currently in effect:

  • Mortgage Modification rate table
  • Closing Protection Letter Fee

Updated underwriter tables are available for clients with a current support subscription for an additional $50.00 for each set of tables.
