SMS TitleExpress™ Underwriter Tables for First American Title Insurance Company (Georgia) are available. The tables now reflect changes effective September 1, 2017.

  • Increased Title Insurance Premiums

Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated underwriter tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables.
