TitleExpress State Tables for the State of Pennsylvania are available. The tables now reflect the following changes current through April 11, 2018:

• Erie, McKean and Mifflin Counties increased recording fees
• Luzerne County, Hazelton decreased Realty Transfer fee (Effective 5/9/2018)
• Mercer County, City of Sharon increased Realty Transfer tax
• Montgomery County, East Norriton Township, Plymouth Township, North Wales, deed registration fee rescinded
• Montgomery County, Norristown increased deed registration fee
• Perry County, UPI fee 
• Venango County,  Franklin and Oil City increased deed recording fee 
• York County, increased recording fees (Effective May 1, 2018)

Updated state tables are available for clients with a current support subscription for an additional $50.00 for each set of tables.
