Maryland Tables

The Maryland tables are being updated to include the statewide increase in the recording surcharge from $20 to $40, the Allegany County increase of lien release fee from $30 to $50, and the Talbot County Fee increase. These modifications are effective July 1, 2011. A notification of availability will be sent by e-mail.
