We are in the process of adding lines to the 1200 section that can be used for the new Virginia Congestion Relief fee (Grantor Tax). A TitleExpress update containing this change is scheduled for release the first week of July and will allow users to automate the fee using their Tax Table setup on the Stamps tab in the System Management utility.
