Title Docs Not Merging
UPDATE: We have determined the root cause of the Title
Docs merging issue. An update to DPS is in progress. Look for an announcement
in the coming week.
Our records indicate that your business is running the 9.5.0 or
9.5.1 version of TitleExpress and DPS. Recently, some clients have reported
issues in DPS 9.5 with Title Docs (e.g. Legal, Exceptions, Recital) not merging
into specific documents. While this does not happen to all users or all
documents, please take the following precautions:
- Check your merged documents
containing any Title Docs carefully.
- If you encounter a State or
General form that is not merging the Title Docs, check the online store for an updated version. Updated forms are
available at no charge for 60 days.
- If you encounter an Underwriter
form that is not merging the Title Docs, check for updates on our website
under Software Updates.
- If you require an updated form
that is not yet available on our website, contact SMS Support for assistance.
