Massachusetts Stamp Notification

The TitleExpress recordation stamp tables for the State of Massachusetts are now available. The tables reflect the following changes effective December 31, 2019.

Increased recordation fees.

Updated state tables are available for clients with a current support subscription for an additional $50.00 for each set of tables. DOWNLOAD ORDER FORM

To perform this update yourself, after logging into SMSCORP.com/TitleExpress you may follow the steps in the TitleExpress State Tables Guide.
