Improvements
- Added a print option added to hide or display the Actual Premium on the ALTA Settlement Statement
- Added Search and Commitment and Specially Designated Nationals to AgentNet Order Search integration
- Developed a new WFG integration to include Policy Jackets and CPL’s, the ability to select multiple endorsements, and new Lender language in Closing Protection Letters within TitleExpress
- Updated the AgentTrax Version 2.0 integration
- Added additional database views to GreenFolders® integration
- Increased the number of buyers and sellers which can be transmitted in RedVision integration
- Added the ability to designate a party as a foreign person in the Parties Tab for 1099 Reporting
Revisions
- Updated FNTIC and ORNTIC remittance reports updated to display orders in sequential order
- Revised AgentNet integration: Lender names containing a comma display on the closing protection letter; TitleExpress installer updated to ensure continued service when updating from versions prior to v8.4.1
- Revised AgentTrax integration: Back button functionality adjusted to return users to prior screen; additional Borrowers display on the CPL; jacket names exceeding maximum length will be truncated to prevent issues
- Updated the Westcor (WLTIC) integration so jackets and CPL’s are available to select upon refresh
- Corrected disbursements accurately reflect the lender credit.
- Added new Parties Tab functionality added to prevent the creation of an invalid buyer 5
- Corrected information in Brief Legal 2 field is retained upon upgrade
- Updated Support Tab, About screen, and messaging updated to display organization information
