Happy New Year. Welcome to 2013. There are two common items that become our most frequent requests during this time of year.

1. How to verify the Auto Assign Sequences to ensure that they are showing the proper year. Open the System Management Utility on the System Manager's computer and select the Assign Order # tab. Find the appropriate sequence and view the Next Order # column. If changes are necessary, double-click on the line you wish to modify and make the changes. Click OK and Save Settings when finished.

2. How to modify the holiday dates within the system. Open the System Management Utility on the System Manager's computer and select the Dates tab. Using http://www.opm.gov/operating_status_schedules/fedhol/2013.asp as a reference, modify the dates on the tab and save changes when completed.
