We know that some of you have experienced issues with the TitleExpress v8.4.3 upgrade. We have identified the cause of the issue and a software release is available which addresses the following items:
- Assessed values calculate for Congestion Relief Fee
- New features in the Tax Tables notifies users when Tax Tables are not valid
Note: After applying this service release, you may need to review existing master orders containing Tax Tables for accuracy.

TitleExpress v8.4.3 Updates for information about installing this service release and to obtain the files. You must have website System Manager rights to view this page. If you would prefer that we perform your upgrade for you at no additional charge, please contact us at
iwantanupgrade@smscorp.com, and a member of our Customer Support team will assist you in scheduling your upgrade.
Hosted/Cloud Customers
Our Upgrade Team will begin updating customers starting on January 20th with all upgrades completed by Sunday, January 22nd.
