Document Preparation System

With the upcoming effective date of the new TRID it is time to start reviewing your TitleExpress system for custom documents and letters that may make any reference to the HUD and to make any necessary verbiage changes. TSS will be making changes to DPS and our standard documents to accommodate TRID and the new Closing Disclosure.  We’re incorporating universal verbiage so that it applies to either the Closing Disclosure or the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and updating the calculations in the necessary forms.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all custom documents are updated with the correct and proper verbiage of your company’s choosing.  If you need assistance with this review process TSS is happy to assist you. TitleExpress System Requirements

As we continue to enhance and improve TitleExpress, we want you to be able to utilize current software platforms that will maximize your system’s stability and security. To this end, we’re using Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 in TitleExpress. Before you upgrade to TitleExpress 8, you’ll need to make sure that your workstations have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. You can download and install this free update from Microsoft’s website. You’ll need less than 15 minutes for each workstation. The operating system and hardware requirements are also available along with the download instructions on the site. You should verify your TitleExpress environment with Microsoft’s requirements. TitleExpress Training

We’re offering live online training for TitleExpress 8. You can view the class schedule on our calendar and register for the day and time that suits your needs. Additionally, we will record our training sessions and post them on the Video page of our website, for on-demand viewing.
