We have received notification from the Department of Finance, Bureau of Revenue Collections in Baltimore, Maryland about a change that affects the payee of the City Recordation Taxes. The effective date of this change is June 1, 2011. We are working on the procedure for the change and will issue an instructional bulletin upon its availability.
