Minnesota Notification

TitleExpress state tables for Minnesota have been updated to reflect the Conservation fee for Wright County.

Customers with a current TSS Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. To order, download and complete the order form.

To perform this update yourself, you may follow the steps in the TitleExpress State Tables Guide.

For TitleExpress Cloud Solution customers, the tables are updated automatically at no cost.
