TitleExpress DPS Alert

A recent update by VIPRE Antivirus has affected DPS performance in TitleExpress. This has only been reported by VIPRE Antivirus users. Symptoms include anomalies in the DPS system and the “lightning bolt” icons no longer appearing. 

To resolve:
  1. Make sure all users are closed out of DPS and Microsoft Word
  2. In the VIPRE Antivirus application, create an exception for DPSSTART.doc
  3. Rerun SetupDPS.exe from the TitleExpressDB\clients\ folder
 
Hosted/Cloud customers:  We are systematically reinstalling DPS on servers. No action is needed at this time.
