Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company (Connecticut) Notification

SMS TitleExpress™ Underwriter Tables for Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company (Connecticut) have been updated to reflect the following changes effective February 1, 2017.
  • Non-acquisition Loan Tables
  • Closing Protection Letter fee 
Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. To order, download and complete the order form. 
 
To perform this update yourself, you may follow the steps in the TitleExpress Underwriters Tables Guide.
