SMS TitleExpress™ State Tables for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have been updated to reflect the following changes:
- Lawrence County increased recording fees pursuant to Ordinance 3 of 2016 and Act 152 effective 1/1/2017*
- Delaware County increased recording fees pursuant to ACT 152 Effective 2/1/2017*
*Note: Pursuant to PA 2016 Act 152 approved November 4, 2016 (to be effective 60 days from that date) additional recording fees may be imposed.
Additional Counties have not yet adopted this increase but may choose to in the near future and our tables will be updated as we receive confirmation of their participation.
Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. If additional Counties opt to increase fees within 30 days of your receipt of your updated tables, new tables will be provided at no charge upon your request.
