Stewart Title Guaranty Company (Wisconsin) Notification

SMS TitleExpress™ Underwriter Tables for Stewart Title Guaranty Company (Wisconsin) have been updated to reflect the following changes effective January 16, 2017.

  • New Residential Loan Policy Rate
  • Increased Simultaneous Issue Charge for Non-Residential Loan Policies
Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. To order, download and complete the order form.
