SMS TitleExpress State Tables for the State of Pennsylvania are available. The tables now reflect the following changes current through September 20, 2017.

Increased recording fees:

Effective September 1, 2017:  Blair County

Effective October 1, 2017:  Armstrong and Monroe Counties

Additional Counties have not yet adopted this increase but may choose to in the near future and our tables will be updated as we receive confirmation of their participation.

Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. If additional Counties opt to increase fees within 30 days of your receipt of your updated tables, new tables will be provided at no charge upon your request.
