TitleExpress State Tables for the State of West Virginia are available. The tables now reflect the following changes current through September 18, 2017. 

• Increased Recording Fees
• Increased Transfer Taxes currently effective in Barbour, Berkeley, Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Jackson, Lewis, Nicholas, Ohio, Raleigh, Wayne, Wood
• Increased Transfer Taxes effective October 1, 2017 in Clay, Fayette, Gilmer, Hampshire, Hardy, Lincoln, Mason, Mercer, Morgan, Summers, Upshur

NOTICE: Preservation fee increases by $1 every 10th page and recording fee must be overridden and verified when a document is over 9 pages.

Customers with a current Customer Support Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. If additional Counties opt to increase fees within 30 days of your receipt of your updated tables, new tables will be provided at no charge upon your request.
