Updated TitleExpress Underwriter tables for First American Title Insurance Company (South Carolina) are available. The tables now reflect the following changes effective October 16, 2017.

• New Title Insurance Premiums with new rounding rule;
• New Tables for Residential Refinance transactions where it is no longer necessary to enter prior coverage amounts; and
• Tables for reissue rates under $23,000 and $27,000 are no longer required as those calculations are accommodated in updated tables.

Customers with a current SMS Customer Support Subscription can purchase updated underwriter tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables.
